Cancellation Policy
If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours, you will be liable for the full cost for the appointment.
If you cancel an order and the order has been shipped, then you are liable for full payment for this.
Refund Policy
You will not be granted a refund for services that have already been provided.
Return Policy
If products are defective, then they will be replaced free of charge, including postage.
If you have changed your mind, then they will not be replaced.
Shipping Policy
Remedies will be shipped within three working days, and within one working day if feasible.
